The Basics

Be it curd, mayonnaise, stock or custard, there are basic recipes which are the foundations to many delicious condiments, sauces, stews or pudding.

Mayonnaise can become tartar sauce, good stock transforms a beef casserole and lemon curd can turn into the lightest of puddings.

Over the years, I have experimented and settled on my own Paleo basic recipes. I use many of them time and time again in both sweet or savoury recipes and couldn’t do without them.
